Chaulaben  Patel,  O.D.

Dr. Chaulaben Patel was raised in Detroit, Michigan and attended Wayne State University where received her Bachelor’s in Biological Sciences. She then made the journey west to earn her Doctorate of Optometry from Midwestern University, Arizona. She is certified by the National Board of Examiners in Optometry and the New Jersey Board as a Therapeutic Optometrist. Dr. Patel has worked several areas in optometry providing primary care as her specialty. Dr. Patel is a member of the American Optometric Association, Michigan Optometric Association, and New Jersey society of Optometrist.

Dr. Patel has moved from Michigan to New Jersey to continue to be with her family. In her free time, she enjoys playing tennis, listening to music and spending time on her patio with her husband.
