Insurance Plans
We participate with VSP, Medicare, Horizon, United Health Care, Cigna, Aetna , EyeMed. Medical insurance is not always the same as Vision Insurance, and may not cover eyeglasses. If you have separate Vision coverage, please advise our staff. Check with our staff if you have other types of coverage.
